You don’t have to be qualified chef to surprise your loved ones with ‘outside the box’ recipe. My recipes are easy to follow and recreate in any kitchen around the world.

  1. Asian stir fry turkey with rice noodles – serves 4 people


noodles Ingredients:

1lb (approx 500 gr) turkey ground meat

1 carrot – chopped into small cubes

1/2 zucchini – chopped into small cubes

½ cup of small baby corn, sliced in half

1 green bell pepper – shopped into small cubes

2 tbsp – pine nuts

2 tbsp – olive oil

2 tbsp – chopped fresh spicy pepper

2 garlic cloves – crashed

½ tbsp – Asian spice mix

½  cup of chicken stock

½ cup of dry white wine

2 tbsp – soya sauce

1 lb – rice noodles boiled and drained


Preheat skillet, place olive oil. Over medium heat start cooking turkey, carrots, baby corn, bell peppers, spicy peppers and white wine. Stir fry for 10-15 min. Add spice mix, garlic, pine nuts, zuccini and stir fry for another 5 minutes. Add chicken stock and soya sauce and close skillet with a lead. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve stir fry over rice noodles.

  1. Turkey meat loaf with paprika – serves 6 people


2lb (approx 1kg) turkey ground meat

1 egg

2 carrots – chopped into small cubes

1 fennel shopped into small cubes/pieces

½ cup of chopped gauda cheese

2 tbsp – fresh paprika

1 tbsp – olive oil

2 tbsp – oregano


In a bowl mix turkey, egg, vegetables, cheese, paprika, oregano and olive oil. Mix it well until all ingredients turn into one mass. Use a foil to produce a loaf. Place it on the oven pan. Preheat your oven to 350° F (175° C) and place the loaf. Cook it for 15 minutes. Increase the heat to 475° F (250° C) and cook for another 10 minutes. Loaf should be golden brown on outside and juicy inside. Serve it hot with boiled potatoes or rice.

  1. Pasta shells with creamy turkey sauce – serves 4 people


1lb (approx 500gr) turkey ground meat

2 celery sticks – chopped into small cubes

½ cup of dry white wine

½ cup of light cream

1 spoon of sour cream

2 garlic cloves – crashed

1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese

½  cup of chicken stock

2 tbsp – olive oil

2 tbsp – Mediterranean spice mix

½ lb (appox 250 gr) of large pasta shells


At the medium heat boil pasta shells for 5 minutes. Drain it and put it aside. On a skillet heat olive oil and start cooking turkey with celery, spice mix. Add white wine, garlic and cook it for 10 minutes over medium heat. Stir fry the mixture, turn the heat to low and add cream, sour cream and cook it for another 5 minutes. Add half of your parmesan cheese and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Once the mixture cools off, stuff the shells with turkey sauce. Place shells in the deep oven pan, pour chicken stock over it and sprinkle with left over parmesan. Bake it for 5 minutes at medium heat.
