Viking Roasted Char with Shrimp

4 char fillets
8 large tiger shrimps, cleaned
2 gloves of garlic, minced
1 fresh lemon
1 bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
I suggest using Icelandic mix that contains sea salt, wild herbs and seaweed
Salt and pepper to taste

Place char and shrimps into the bowl and squeeze fresh lemon. Add garlic, onion, tomato and parsley and spices (to taste). Marinate fish and shrimps for at least two hours. Preheat the oven to 375° F (230° C) and char and shrimps for 10–15 minutes until tender. Serve with white rice.
