Sub-Zero and Wolf announces the launch of new products

In this week’s Issue, I wanted to explore the new kitchen appliances and brands that make exceptional kitchenware. I couldn’t miss the launch of two new products by luxury manufacture Sub-Zero and Wolf. Founded in 1945, Sub-Zero, Inc. is the leading manufacturer of American-made luxury refrigeration, freezer and wine storage products. In 2000, Wolf Appliance, Inc., the premier maker of ranges, ovens, cooktops and grills, was acquired by Sub-Zero, establishing the brands as corporate companions and kitchen soul mates. Both brands are continually recognized for the highest achievements in refrigeration and cooking innovation and customer satisfaction.

The convection steam oven couples the power of steam and convection technology in one appliance to help prepare delicious, healthful meals with ease. The Wolf oven is designed to detect the best combination of steam and convection, sense the moisture content of the food and adjust for ideal results – from cooking fresh produce to perfection to rejuvenating leftovers. The convection steam oven is available in five different models including “contemporary” black glass, “transitional” stainless steel and “professional” stainless steel.

coffee01The gourmet home coffee system makes professional-quality brewed coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and macchiato, and perfectly steams and foams milk with a single touch. The one-touch coffee system incorporates features such as swift coffee drink production, providing the perfect cup in no time! An internal clock allows the user to power on the machine at a set time. It also has no messy cleanup – just one button that employs a three-to six-second steam cleaning process after each milk drink is prepared!
