Phenomenal Octopus Salad

1 lb. (450 g) grilled octopus
1 tsp. olive oil
½ cup of black olives, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp. chilli powder
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. of honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. pecorino cheese, shredded
1 bunch of fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil over high heat, and add the pumpkin seeds and cook them until they are brown. In a blender, combine the dressing ingredients: garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and salt. Cut octopus into even pieces. In a large bowl mix, pumpkin seeds, octopus, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and top with fresh parsley.
